The new carton of ‘goat milk’ has been sitting in the refrigerator for a couple of days. I got brave this morning and put it on my cereal. Surprise, surprise! It tastes almost identical to cow’s milk! What a relief!

I knew this was going to be a tough goal, now it’s even tougher!
I got my blood test results back for food alleries.
My doctor wants me off the following foods for a month:
Wheat
Soy
And the following foods indefinitely:
Cow’s milk, yogurt, cheese etc
Eggs
Further blood test results showed advanced anaemia, B12 and Vit D3 deficiencies. I’ve been a vegetarian most of my life, but looks like I might have to include some meat for a while?
So I guess I’ll be making big changes to my diet.
Where to start – it’s all so overwhelming.
This is the most difficult and challenging goal for me, I’m a carb and takeaway addict, and a gooble-gutz! If I don’t get my fix of sugar and carbohydrate I feel awful. So this is going to be hard!
My goal is to eat healthy balanced meals and to watch portion sizes. Wish me luck!
