possibly September if my friend can’t seel her place by then! Then will let it out and find a nice houseshare – then I’m being savvy and responsible while still haveing lots of fun!

with my ex … we split up two weeks ago but nw I want to own home on my own!! – Can’t wait – need to save and get money back from ex and clear my debts (see my things) but I can’t wait to buy again. I may have the oppourtunity to buy a friends place but if I do, I think I’ll rent it out for a year becasue I want to live in a house with lots of peopl efirst – being alone is a bit scarey!
