my last weigh in on Friday was down 4 ounces, which actually wasn’t bad considering the amount I lost the week before. This week is proving to be a challenge, however. It’s day 3 of my week and I’ve eaten almost all my flex. I have earned 15 activity points, but I’ve eaten them as well. I just can’t stop eating the last few days. Especially chocolate. Well, these things happen. So I guess I’ll try my best to get lots of activity this week and hope my appetite slows down.

Somehow I lost 4.2 pounds this week. That’s the best I’ve ever done. I got another 5 pound star. I did a lot of cardio this week. Now I have to keep it up this week so I don’t gain any of it back. I seem to have a tendency to do that, get a star, then slack off.
It’s day 5 of my week and I’ve only eaten 14 flex and I’ve earned 28 activity points-I’ve eaten them too. Been drinking most of my water. So I’ll see what happens on weigh in day on Friday. Last week I lost 1.4-almost the 1.6 I gained the previous week. :)
I’ve been on Weight Watchers since Sept 2005. I’ve lost a fair amount of weight, but lately I’ve really slowed down. Right when summer is here, I seem to have a hard time staying really serious about it. I have to get it together though, as I don’t have much farther to go to get to my goal and I need clothes!
