And yeah, it may be to a DVD in the comfort of my own home, but once it stops raining and stays light past 4:30, I’ll start pounding the pavement again. So far, about 5x weekly we are walking. Yay us!

...and by regularly, I don’t mean monthly, or the few steps it takes to get to work. I mean a serious walk, for 30+ minutes, with no purpose other than health, fitness and mental balance.
