just joined the dailyplate,
and for me to lose 2 pounds a week it says i should be eating 2400 kls a day whoop whoop lol.
I thikn its cuse im 15 and i exercise lyk everyday
Went the gym for 3 and 1/2 hours.
my jeans feel so much loser!
amazing.
but i did eat a ham sandwich afterwards tho,
oh well cud of been worse lol.
like i just said im 153lbs, but i want to be about 20lbs lighter in two months time desperatly, anyone got any tips on hw many cals i should be consuming and how much exercise??

lost 1lb since last week.
not much but its okay for my first week.
Didnt eat too good today tho, but i did do about 2-3 hours in the gym.
half term tomorow anyway so i can eat less next week as i wont be useing as much energy walkin round skwl an gettin up at 7 in the morning.
This half term im gonna try to go the gym once every two days, stick to three meals a day, stay in bed for longer in the morning, and do some revison for GCSE’s!!!

but still comes to bout 1400 cals i think so aint to bad :).
Im eating 500 cals less and burning another 500 cals so hopefully by the end of the week i should of lost two pounds.
ive got to eat 1000 cals a day seems as my BMR is 1550.

B: porridge + bit of orange juice. 300kls
S: 1/2 scone. 100kls
L: Ham sandwhich 250kls
D:mini spag bol. 350kls
Total: 1000kls.

It went awful even though it started of okay.
Im going to start again tomorow i just need more will power.
