But not on the treadmill. that is, I did the treadmill but didn’t wear pedometer while I did it. I did however log lots of time skiing last week!

Good progress here. I like combining it with the treadmill. I really want to have maxed out my VirginHealthMiles points by July of 2009. I like getting free stuff and it’s a good motivator.
using it on the Treadmill and it doesn’t measure the distance right. May need to change some setting on my pedometer
but wore it yesterday for the hike up congress in austin. i was not the one hoping for a cab either. i could have handled walking the rest of the way. so there!
i wore it for the entire work day but then forgot to put it back on after i changed out of my work clothes. grrrr.
