great class last night 20 months ago

I was glad to be back in class with our regular instructor. We had a very small class, and she tailored it to our abilities and needs. Very personalized. I learned that she will be out of town for the next two weeks. I may try to attend a class with another instructor if I can find one that fits my schedule. I also want to practice at home for even a few minutes every day.



This week's yoga update 22 months ago

My yoga instructor had many positive things to say. She is enjoying my daughter’s and my participation together. I have to say that I look forward to this time each week. Next Monday I have to work, so we are going to try a Thursday class instead. I want to develop a more regular practice at home too.



Another good session 22 months ago

I really like this instructor on Monday evenings. We are going every Monday that I am not working – except last week when the instructor was not available. I feel that I am getting more flexible. My ability to concentrate is also improving.



Mother daughter yoga 23 months ago

I took my daughter to her first yoga class on Monday night. It was a good class with an instructor I like quite a bit. She enjoyed the “yoga experience”. We are going back again this upcoming Monday.



Yin Yoga 23 months ago

I went to a Yin class on Wednesday. I found it very relaxing and left ready to take a nap (which was great since I had to work that night!) I liked the instructor’s style as well.



Went to Vinyasa class on Friday 2 years ago

I really enjoyed it and liked the teacher as well. I plan to return this Friday. (I could have gone today but plan to swim instead.) I may check out a different class tomorrow – depending on how I feel after working all night tonight.



Yoga classes 2 years ago

There is a relatively new yoga studio in town. I have spoken with 2 of the teachers now. I am going to try out a class tomorrow morning.



Haven't done much lately 2 years ago

I need to be more specific with my goals to make them work for me. Starting slowly: I will do yoga 2 times within this next week. Anything else is a bonus.

I have a corner of my new living room set up as my yoga practice area. I have 2 mats there and a basket with yoga and meditation books. Just looking at this space makes me calmer.



I found a class to try 3 years ago

It’s on Mondays and Fridays at 10:30 am. I can go on my days off. I work this coming up Monday so I will go Friday. In the meantime, I will do some sun salutations.
