I will continue to learn and apply more of this to my life. I have read enough to know that I want to know more (if that makes any sense)

I am reading a lot about this way of living. It makes me feel calm and centered. I bought my husband a book about using mindfulness to deal with anger. He’s reading it and actually liking it too.
The more I learn the more I see how this view of the world really suits me. It sort of ties together many of my core principles and values—things that I just never had a name for before. I am reading a book, “Creating True Peace” by Thich Nhat Hanh that makes a lot of sense to me.
and got 3 books out about Buddhism. One is a biography of the Buddha, one is about western Buddhism and one is a mediation book. I’m excited to look at these.
I subscribe to a Buddhist wisdom daily email from Beliefnet. I like having this bit of philosophy injected into my day. Sometimes I can really relate to it, other times it is “over my head” but either way I feel enlightened by it.
