Today I am grateful

to reconnect with old friends via FB

that it is not currently snowing here after a pretty terrible day yesterday

that I have all day to putter around my house with very little that I absolutely must do today

that President Obama signed the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Restoration Act today

that my husband and I both still have good jobs in this time of economic uncertainty

that not everybody listens to Rush Limbaugh, that arrogant blowhard

I am grateful today…

~for the sunshine, even though it is quite cold outside.

-that I am able to order my daughter a pair of shoes to replace the ones that were ruined.

-that the shoes she wants will help to put shoes on another person’s feet as well tomsshoes
