I have not yet decided which one. My mother goes to Tai Chi weekly, and it sounds really nice what she tells me about it.

I wanted to learn yoga, but that is not possible anymore, because of my current over-weight and knee problems. I am thinking of:
- Qi-Gong or
- Tai-Chi
next steps: get more informations in general, make up a decision and enroll in a course.
