swim twice a week

When I was with my parents during the holidays, I went to the public swimming pool twice (it was even a thermal spa) and very much enjoyed it. I still have tickets to go here and will go!

Once I swam 1,000 metres, than I went an additional three times for about 30 minutes each time. I am satisfied! and it feels soooo good. Now I am having my period and feel a bit lousy, but hope to get back to my schedule soon.

in the outdoor swimming pool near my parent´s home together with my Mom – yesterday was not very long and my Mome & I chatted most of the time, but today was more effective (20 lags) about 30 minutes, water was around 19 C.

I have an indoor swimming-pool less than a 1 km away from me and an outdoor in about 5 km distance, that one even has an olympic pool. So this goal is very manageble!

Also this goal is a main part of two of my other goals:
- lose weight
- get a life saver
