It encourages you to be active for 30 min. at least 5 days a week for 6 out of 8 weeks. I used it a fair amount last year, but I need to get back in the habit.
And being active doesn’t mean just lifting weights, there are entries in this system for gardening, playing kids games, household chores, etc. etc.
