Walking at least

I’ve started walking at least 20 min / day fairly consistently, and it is helping.

Getting back into the groove after having a cold (or Spring allergies) is tough.

President's Challenge -

Anyone using to help track progress?

It encourages you to be active for 30 min. at least 5 days a week for 6 out of 8 weeks. I used it a fair amount last year, but I need to get back in the habit.

And being active doesn’t mean just lifting weights, there are entries in this system for gardening, playing kids games, household chores, etc. etc.
