is called “logical workframe” or something like that. Its a boring table with four columns and lots of files, one for each product, activity, or task of the project at hand.
we are working on it, and its very hard and demanding to set down our ideas into this rigid and squared format which has been designed to accomodate a very different kind of project.
but… i see some light at the end of the tunnel… a tunnel we have yet to complete!

It seems that this BIG international NGO is willing to give financial support to our research!
I can’t believe it, really… Won’t celebrate until it really happens, but… it’s getting closer by the minute!

Today I had a very important meeting with a very high public servant, and he offered to give us a grant for a research that I’ve wanted to make for a long time.
If everything goes well (you can never be sure, in countries like this), this will be the first step of a long and difficult way that leads… I don’t know where, exactly, but to a different and better place for a lot of people!
I’m very glad!

Two monks were washing their bowls in the river when they noticed a scorpion that was drowning. One monk immediately scooped it up and set it upon the bank. In the process he was stung. He went back to washing his bowl and again the scorpion fell in. The monk saved the scorpion and was again stung. The other monk asked him, “Friend, why do you continue to save the scorpion when you know it’s nature is to sting?”
“Because,” the monk replied, “to save it is my nature.”
