Quitting my job has helped lighten the load and I am happier which makes me more energetic. Eating healthier and smaller portions and that makes everything all good!
I am back to the gym and starting water aerobics 2x per week.
Progress in the Making… now only 40 to go, down almost one size and toning up quite a bit.

I am committed to meeting my first goal by April 1st before going to Vegas & Lake Havasu City!
1.) Walking again—instead of sitting around.
2.) Anytime I get a craving, I create a distraction.
3.) Drinking more water
4.) I will workout while enjoying my fav morning & evening tv shows. I set the workout area smack dab in the living room so it will always be there in my face!
5.) Get back to the pool!
Reward 1st goal with new outfit!

Healthy Goals

This will be the first step in reaching my end goal. I hope to get in the right mindset to change my lifestyle back to what it used to be. That was 65 pounds ago and before I discovered the convenience of cooking quick & easy meals for the lazy. Not to mention a sit down job for the past 10 years.
Time to get motivated!
