Cave? SubBasement? Silo? 5 years ago

So, how are you planning on getting your lair?

. Rent a bobcat and dig a hidden sub-basement?
. Find a property with a cave underneath it?
. Buy a surplus missle silo?

I don’t really have the budget to do this project right. Perhaps we could set up a company to own the lair, and sell timeshares for a couple of weeks a year.
