By the end of the lesson, I’d say that 2 balls in ten hit the green, 2 hit the rough nearby, 4 were solid hits to the right of the green, and two curved wildly to the right, endangering birds along the fence. Not bad for day 3.

Am I supposed to get a blister on the heel of my left hand? Or am I doing something wrong?

Took my first two golf lessons at the University of Maryland golf course. (Happy Father’s Day!) Did a so-so job at the putting, but I really managed to hit the chip shots. The pitching wedge is my friend.
