buy my own house

I’m working my first job out of college which has drastically increased my income. I would love to move out of my parents house as soon as possible, but, with the student loans and the credit card debt I managed to rack up at record speed, I think its probably best to get a start on taking care of those debts first before I jump into my own place. Otherwise, I don’t think I will ever get those items paid off. My deadline to have the credit cards paid off is Feb ‘08. With that burden off my shoulders, hopefully I can seriously start looking for my own place. Feels like forever away…
