I have started doing yoga and Pilates once a week with a friend, and swimming once a week as well, no real change yet but I feel a little more in shape so that’s good. Now if I can just keep it up over the summer, we go to college together and won’t see each other much until school starts up again. But I’ve actually gotten to a point where I feel like a blob and want to exercise if I missed it for the week (like this week, right before finals so that takes precedence over exercise. Plus I’m splurging on pizza because it’s finals and we need a little fun to break it up).
