Ummm, let’s see.. Worked out Friday with my offseason girls- 10 minute “fun run”, then pushups, lunges, crunches, and other ab stuff. We did a 1 minute plank at the end that was just pure hellish joy. :) Need to work out today, but have been lazy this weekend with the ice and all.

Exercised on Saturday the 6th- ye olde legs, they are strugglin!
Let’s see-
warmup
3 sets of pushups, rows, military presses, shoulder raises, squats, and lunges, followed by 3 sets of crunches and a further set of pushups. 20 pounds/arm for rows/military presses, 10 pounds for shoulder raises. Only 40 for squats, but followed by lunges, the legs are certainly rubbery. They’ll be good and sore tomorrow.
