master the piano

1 Chopin prelude, I think I can call it quits. Haven’t memorized it completely but OK.
Volodos – I don’t think I’ll ever play it well enough :( The bits I can play is beginning to sound OK though (at half speed!)
Want to start second movement of Beethoven again. I was almost finished last time I played it.

Aaargh. Extremely tiring on the fingers. But really like the volodos version. (Never liked the original version.) 1 hour spent on it so far.

...with pianos for the last twenty years. left it for the last 4/5 years, and started again with the yamaha. It is gorgeous. Just spent another two hours practising after work (bought it and put it in my office. I argued, if others get smoke breaks, why can’t I get piano breaks?)

Going through Chopin Etudes again. Except a few pieces which are simply outside my reach (literally, since my hands are small!) I’d like to be able to play about 85% of the pieces.

Throwing in some Schumann, Beethoven and Bach for fun.
