16 weeks

Well according to this site its been 16 weeks since I gave up.
I haven’t had one since, I have had a few cravings. Normally I just go and kiss my wife cause she is still smoking that satisfies the urge: Well that and the fact I will hate myself more if I have one.

51 Days (I think)

Well it has got to the stage where I have forgotten how many days it has been since I have a cigarette. I think once I hit
six months it will be fair to say that I have given up.

21 Days

The time is climbing, that photo submitted was from last nights party. My wife wanted me to hold it for her. I did not have inappropriate relations with that cigarette!!!!
One week to go and I will feel like Sandra Bullock in 28 days. This is getting easier, last night I actually drank as well and with the exception of passive smoking I did not have a cigarette.

15 days

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday,Saturday, Sunday, Monday. This is starting to become a habit, now if my lungs would get their act together and just stop me from coughing I will be fine.

5 Days

sunday , monday , tuesday , wednesday, thursday and Friday. I have gone this long without a cigarette. Mind you the flu has helped with this. I have not used any drugs or patches. My inspiration is that my blood pressure is dangerously high. As in 220/120 . The other inspiration is my daughter. I will beat this.

Will I give up

I have been smoking on and off since I was 16 , I lie to myself and say that I am not addicted. My justification for this is that I don’t smoke when I am at work and only smoke when around my wife who smokes like a chimney. I need to find the will power to do this.
