My shyness My disability ?

I work on an internet helpdesk, when I am on the phone I am the most confident person you could ever speak to. I am so sure of myself. However when out of that environment and the people I work with I crawl back into my shell. I need to be more confortable with being out of my comfort zone. That is what is keeping my back.
