i got my divorce decree one year, two months, and $17,000 – that’s right, $17,000, after i started. i am happy and angry at the same time. my narsty ex, who initiated the divorce proceedings instead of settling, lost money on the deal. And i lost $17,000. AND a terrible husband, so now i know what a terriblehusbandectomy costs.

the bad part of the divorce is that the judge didnt think terriblehusband was abusive. i have to know what i know without the support of the Great State of Maryland. very disappointing – i guess the judge would think it was abuse if i had hospital records. SO 1970’s!

i had my final divorce hearing. it wasnt exactly hell but it sure was awful. my sister was there the whole time – she flew across country to be there and testify. my dog warren was there too, and i prayed a lot. came through with my sanity inatact

it cost me $1400 to get out there (hotel, pet boarding, food, etc) which i did not have – i couldnt pay this months mortgage. i will have to catch up with it this month.

at least its over, and he didnt look like much of a what is called ‘credible witness’. but Lord it was difficult going through all the memories again. now i get to forget them at last.

i really hope the court hands down a decision that takes the abuse into account and not just the money.

2007 is definitely better. spouse of badness is giving me a very hard time with the divorce, but one way or another i shall prevail. my sister is my ally – even my mom, who is usually impervious, has been helping me soo much!

I got pretty beat up in 2006 . . .and 2005 . . . 2004 was no picnic either. I know I can find my way home.
