I just stopped. I’m eating about three fruits per day instead of crisps or chocolate. Ensuring I have breakfast helps the goal a great deal, too.

First step is to cut my snacking at work during the day.
Rule 1 – NO CHOCOLATE
Rule 2 – NO CRISPS
Snacking is allowed if it is fruit only. One cup of hot chocolate will be allowed per day (about half the calories of a chocolate bar).
I will need to ensure I bring at least one, preferably two or three, pieces of fruit into work each day. I will also need to develop a taste for more than just apples.
Stage 1 runs until the end of August 2006.
