Photograph 43 things with the number 43 on them

I hunted high and low, and just past 3pm, I found the taxi. It wasn’t a silver one any more, but it was still with K-cabs… something drew me to it – it’s not a very common name, I think maybe they only have one or two cars… so checked out the back and there it was!

Wow… it’s taken me 13 days short of 2 years to complete.

I only have one left, and I never did find that cab again. I feel the urge to go hunt it down and not rest until I’ve found it…

Leicester Market during the 2006 Mela Bazaar

I went to the tip today to drop off some cardboard for recycling.

I suppose we could be doing better environmentally, but I’m quite happy today with the amount of recycling we’re doing in our town!

I spent about an hour in Leicester walking round the various bus stations and bus stops looking for a #43. I know they exist, because I checked the timetables when I started this goal – they go from Leicester City Centre to South Wigston.

Anyway, after the hour of searching, and no luck, I gave up. Later I noticed this bus stop where the 42 and 43 had been removed (may not show on the thumbnail). Sure enough, I soon saw a 47 bus to South Wigston. They stole my number :(

But at least that means I get this outline where the old number was removed, and still get to find a bus later where they do have a 43 :)
