I went on Tuesday and meant to go yesterday, but I think the day just sort-of vanished away from me. So that’s another week missed.
However, I’ve been once a week FOR EVER now, so I’m going to count this as done.

I’m only planning one trip this week, but I’m planning on a 10-mile walk on Sunday, so I’ll strap the heart monitor on and count it as a gym trip!
I don’t think that’s cheating in any way.
Well, I’ve been twice this week already. I felt the benefit today for having gone on Monday. It really is worth it to go regularly.
Well, hopefully I’m not so busy with other things now, so I can pick up 2 or three days a week easily. Maybe 4.
I didn’t go to the gym at all last week… very naughty, but I did have a very busy week, and it never really worked out right on the timing.
But I’m going tonight, and will hopefully make three times this week. I’m thinking of registering at gym nearer to my house (also free with work)... I guess I should go and have a look. I can get there on foot instead of a 15-minute car ride into the countryside.
The new target to mark this complete is 22nd April.
Made it twice last week. Overdid it a little on Saturday morning, and I’m still aching. Oops!
Yeah… it was worth it… I managed to watch Knights of the Round Table while I burned those calories. I’ve filled up my log sheet for weights too, and it’s good to see the progress.

Didn’t make it twice last week, so I now need to make twice a week until April 1st.
To be fair, I was preparing the house for sale, and for visitors for my birthday weekend, then having a birthday weekend AND going out to Ikea/Dunelm for furnishings… I just haven’t had a moment to get to the gym (apart from the one day I did go).
So I’m not too upset, but I should also move my end date because I’ve broken the rules of the goal. I’ll do my best to get there tonight and Wednesday night AT LEAST.
So I made it twice last week. Phew.
Tonight is my normal night, but instead of going I’m going to a) find out if I have a hot date. If not I will b) get up to Ikea to buy some crockery and bedding and things like that.
So I think I’m allowed to miss the gym. That’s my justification anyway.
Of course, if I get the hot date and it goes very well, I won’t need to go to the gym ;) – though it might be thought of badly if I put my heart-rate monitor on part-way through the evening :)
So, I didn’t make it twice last week, and there’s a danger the same might happen this week… although to be fair, badminton on Friday was an hour of singles – my biggest workout yet, 660 calories in the hour.
But anyway… since I failed last week, I must visit twice per week until March 19th to mark this complete.
