being sick makes me not really want to eat . . . but that’s probably not the most sensible option for getting my weight loss under control. Oh well. Otherwise, I’m not doing so well with this.

Maybe I should just accept my fatness.



I am going to aim 2 months ago

for losing five pounds this month, but be okay with losing less, as long as I lose something. The Girl wants to show me some the stretches and such that she is doing in her dance class, which would be great. So, we shall see.



We are NOT 2 months ago

even going to talk about this. sighs



Not doing well with this 10 months ago

so far.



Some things I need to do 11 months ago

1. Start keeping a food diary again
2. Replace my scale (or the battery) so I can weigh myself daily
3. Make a new weight chart
4. Make menus, incl. breakfast and lunch
5. Physical activity
6. Moderation
7. Get a decent food scale
