today is the first day

of my new plan of attack. This year we get paid twice monthly and I think even tho it’s no more money than before it will be easier to budget. Therefore I hope to be more able to put a little bit of spending money aside for fun stuff so that I don’t go all month with no fun spending and then do a bunch of reactionary spending on the credit cards because of not being able to buy fun stuff for weeks at a time. So far it’s working pretty well even tho we are only at the second paycheck…
we’ll see. Just my feeling more hopeful about it is a huge change, so I think that bodes well. I’ve been so depressed about it for so long.
