I know how to do this. I just don’t. I need to do many of the things on this list. Relax. Get more sleep. Get more exercise. Get up on time. Eat better. Turn off the TV and read a book, instead. Devote time to my family and to my hobbies and stop devoting so much time to the maintenance of things in my house and to things that don’t really matter. Take action. Start that scholarship. Enroll in graduate school. Plan that vacation. Devote more time to my religion. Stop thinking and start doing. And that would involve my going to my bed right now since it’s midnight and I’m tired!!
