This is still going well.

As long as I can remember to take my lunch to work, I can keep up with this goal, since I eat a salad with every lunch I make. It’s only when I have to grab a quick lunch on the go that I find I eat very few vegetables, although I’ve always been good about eating fruit.



I'm still doing this.

As part of my Lose 10 pounds campaign.



I've been looking through some of my old goals that I marked as "I'm giving up"

I’ve been doing this, anyway, as part of the lose 10 pounds goal, so I’m reinstating it.



I was off this a couple of weeks.

But am back in the game this week.



Still doing well at this.

Even weeks when I haven’t remembered to bring lunch to work.



Been eating salad most days for lunch.

Nothing fancy, just mixed lettuces with something hot on top. I like the combination of crunchy and soft, hot and cold.



Ate salad last night and today.

Hydroponic bibb lettuce with raisins, almonds, and mini cucumbers. Picked up a couple of interesting vinegarettes to go with all these salads.



This sounds lame, but I know I can do it.

Once I feel successful at this, I can always up the antey.
