130 pounds. I walk during most of my lunch breaks at work about 40-60 minutes four times a week. I do about 90 minutes of yoga 3 times a week. I want to lose the last 10 pounds! I have to watch what I eat and do more cardio and weights. This is the toughest season….the holiday season! Let’s hope that by next year I’ll be 120! I just want to be more “tight”, I like the shape I have now. The weight doesn’t really bother me much. I want to have loads more energy!

Started eating cereal for breakfast. No more peanut butter with a bagel! I also stopped drinking my “double double” Tim Horton’s coffee in the mornings at work. Instead I have a cup of green tea. Also for lunch I ditched my going out for lunch partner and I bring a raw lunch to work everyday. I am also eating less meat and I am trying to watch my carb intake. So since New Year’s I have lost about 15 pounds. My clothes are starting to get a little loose!
everyday for the past week. Even in the freezing temperature and windchills we’ve been having. I am forcing myself to get out and walk even when I have no reason to leave the house.
Went for an hour long walk all the way up to the Beach. I had a seat and listened to the waterfall in the park. I watched a dog walk along the shore then into the water up to it’s armpits…or are they called leg pits? Hmm… I wonder?
I will try to eat only when I am hungry and only to the point of feeling slightly full. I will add smaller portions onto my plate or bowl…unless they are veggies!
