Did it…not well…but did it…
Oh man!! Day 2 – another killer.
Did my 100 crunches and slower this time so I think there was more effect.
This is going to be a challenge….
So I thought, why not start this one thing today?
AHHHH. I did 100 in one go and I was in so much pain.
I’m curious as to how people actually do them, and how fast?
