Refinanced 5 months ago

We refinanced our house successfully. We got 4.875 percent instead of 6.5 that we were paying, so this made a $133 difference in our payments. Also, it simplifies my life because the loan got sold to the same bank that handles my checking and savings account. It will be easy to pay online, set up alerts, etc.

Expensive to date 3 years ago

I only lived within my means four months this year out of eleven. 2007 has got to be better. I’m really motivated, and I’ve already cut all the expenses back that I could, but I also want to see my out-of-town boyfriend. Let’s hope plane tickets don’t go up in price anytime soon!
