Wayne has already promised me to teach me how to drive stick. I am kind of excited, even though I had already pretty much given up on this!

I was very close to learning that this weekend... 2 years ago

But it didn’t happen. I was just too dang tired. My insomnia finally gave in a little bit and made me sleep. It was too good a chance to sleep and not take it.

I am questioning whether this is something I really need to learn. It was only once that I faced a situation in which I needed to know stick-shift, and I solved it by actually pushing the car instead. It was such a rare circumstance, too, that I doubt I will ever have to do it…
