i’m not sure how this is ever going to get me to 100 pushups, but i did today’s workout without much difficulty:

10 + 12 + 8 + 8 + 25 (max)

patience is a virtue, i guess.



initial test 11 months ago

did 22 consecutively. not good, but i suppose that’s the point of doing these things.
