i always overthink things so much. and i never tell people what i’m thinking or feeling. but i’m trying to..it’s so hard! my english teacher made me an appointment with guidance today..pretty much against my will and i was pissed off about it..but i went, and i talked, and she taught me a few things about how not to overthink things. so i’m on my way to making this actually happen :)
