have another baby

Okay, so we’re officially “trying.” As I’ve mentioned before, our version of trying isn’t all the planning and stuff, it’s just letting nature take it’s course and whatever will be will be. Could be pregnant in a week, could be in 2 years…who knows. Only time will tell. I’m in no hurry to get pregnant, just know that I’m ready if it does happen.

I was talking to my husband and asked him when he wanted to try again. He said “right now!” raising his eyebrows in the wink, wink, nudge, nudge, know what I mean, know what I mean, sort of fashion. I gave him the traditional wife eye roll and asked him seriously when he wanted to start trying again, he said…seriously, now would be good.

I’ve known I wanted to have a baby agian even after my little angel was born. She’s nine months on the 2nd, so if I were to get pregnant now she’ll be 18 months. I think that would be okay. We had a little trouble getting pregnant the first time, although not so much to say it’s an infertillity problem. We tried for a year with no luck, then hubs went to Iraq for a year, and I would swear I got pregnant the day he came home (sorry if that’s TMI).

I’m hoping it’ll be easier this time, but at the same time I’m a little nervous. Really I’ve fallen into motherhood pretty naturally, but thoughts of the unknown are still a little unsettling. The worring won’t go away, and I know we’re not going to have much more money anytime soon….so….Guess there’s no better time than the present to get started!!
