whiten my teeth

well, dundi71 suggested the whitening strips… so i’m looking into it. it seems most people agree that it is effective…

i checked the crest website, and if you sign up for their online newsletter (not like i check my email anyway) they give you a $7 off coupon for the premium strips.

but when i signed up for it, it said it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the coupon to show up. pffft… i’ll check out the local drug store and see what they have and how much it is.

also, it looks like amazon.com sells it for $30 w/ free shipping. i might just order it from there.

in highschool, i was trapped in the car with my friend and his younger cousin on a trip somewhere. she was a little blabber mouth, talking about all sorts of crazy things. then, she suddenly asked, “why are your teeth yellow?”

my friend told her to shut up and mind her own business… but, man, did that stick with me. i’ve only tried whitening toothpaste, which hasn’t worked at all. and i haven’t exactly been in the best financial situation to shell out money to have it done professionally. but now that things are looking a little more up, (will hopefully have actual dental insurance soon), i want to find a permanent dentist and see what he can suggest.

i don’t need teeth that light up a room, i just don’t want to be afraid of smiling at kids with big mouths…
