Stretching is really good for your body. There are rumours that say that you live longer if you stretch, and some people say that you grow taller.
It’s a lot easier for an individual to do the splits if they have been able to do it when they were a child.
There are three ways of doing the splits: front, left leg, and rigt leg.
Personally, i think left and right leg are much easier to do.
One stretch you can try for front splits that I like is gravity. You lie down with your butt against the wall, and your feet up in the air. relaxe your legs so they fall apart from each other. It should hurt a little bit. Let gravity to all the hard work
and while you’re on the floor, move your legs around explore the many stretches you can do lying down.
