My best friend’s husband is doing the Optifast plan. His doctor encouraged him to set smaller weight loss goals. I think this would be a better method for me. ie: 140, then 135, then 130… etc. It’s too overwhelming to go for it all at once. So, I’m going to look into the Medifast thing – shakes 6 times a day – and get set to start a work out routine. I will be much happier reaching smaller goals than one giant crazy number…

I realized when I tried on all of my dress pants this morning, that none of them fit! I don’t want to move up to a size 12. I start work on the 30th, so hopefully I can get this moving!
I was 139.5 this morning – naked.
I’m not sure how I’ll lose 30, when I can’t seem to lose 5! I would like to lose 5 lbs. per month – I think that’s realistic. Right now I’m sitting at about 140. UGH!
