I had a bowl of sugarpuffs
I started eating a turkey pasta bake from tuesday which had gone all clumped together and horrible so I just eat the turkey and a bacon butty. I also had a bananna
Then I had a ham and cheese ommelette with a tomato, some lettuce and some cucumber.
So altogether 3! :(

Oh I also had a triffle with some highly sugared summer fruits at the bottom, but I doubt that counts in a million years. And it wasn’t 80 grams worth.



Today's 5-A-Day Ha! 8 months ago

I have just realised I didn’t write an entry for anything that happened on friday oops.
Today I had an egg and toast for breakfast. Pasta with pesto for my dinner. Lots of salad, a sausage roll, houmous, cottage cheese and a jacket potato for my tea.
I also had a glass of orange juice in the pub. So about 3 portions. I am so bad at this!



Yesterday's fruit and veg 8 months ago

I had egg and bacon for my breakfast, no dinner and then a buffet type tea.
It had chicken, a tomato, curly chips, quiche, bagette, houmous, baby lettuce, celery, celery nut and fruit salad, coleslaw and cocktail sausages.
Pretty rubbish health wise but scrummy.
I think I ate a banana. So 2 maximum.



Today 8 months ago

I ate 4
I had pie with mash potato and mixed vegetables (2 portions)
I also had left over shepard’s pie from yesterday with veq in it.

Yesterday 8 months ago

I ate about 4 portions

I didn’t et any breakfast and I had leftover turkey pasta bake for my dinner with lots of salad. Seriously, I ate 1 and a 1/2 tomatoes, about half a pepper, about half a stick of celery and lettuce. That must be about 2 portions.

Then for my tea I ate a shepard’s pie, with onion rings and a Yorkshire pudding. The shepard’s pie had sprouts, carrots and green beans in it. It was probably 1 or twoo portions.

So all together 4 portions!!!!

Anyway I am off to eat a kiwi I have been trying to eat for days.

I ate about 4 fruit and veg portions today 8 months ago

I ate some weetabix
A tin of vegetable soup (don’t know if it contains enough vegatables though)
A strawberry yoghurt (with no mention of 1 portion)
A tomato
Some pepper, cucumber and celery
I hate a tomato and turkey pasta bake, but I used tomato sauce from a jar.

Altogether I would say 2 entire portions, so I am going to eat a kiwi!

I must go and buy some bananas tomorrow and cook a proper meal!



Today was even worse 8 months ago

I ate 2 in total. Two.

We didn’t even have any bananas and we went out for our tea.

I put salad on my sandwich, so I had 1 tomato portion, probably 1 stick of celery, but you need 3, cucumber, lettuce and cress.
I could say together they count as one. I am going to have too.

Together, 1 tomato, 1 baked bean portion and 1 portion of salad! :)
