I couldn't do any stretching today because I gave blood 6 months ago

I felt it this morning from yesterday though. I don’t want to stretch without having a proper warm up, but I gave blood today so I couldn’t do any exercise. I am going to go to the gym tomorrow after I hand my work in, and do a proper workout. Then I will do some streches in the gym, or come home when I am still warm and do some for a couple of hours at home again.

Day 1 6 months ago

I have set myself a personal challenge to do this by July. I have only been stretching for about 1 hour (not only splits) and already I feel an improvement

I need to practice loads, but I haven’t got time to warm up properly. I will do it after my exams.

I really want to do the splits 8 months ago

I have decided I am going to spend 25 minutes a day stretching my legs. The other 5 minutes will be for dancing a a warm up.
I am off to do it now.
