Well today is the first day....

So far so good…..I took a picture as evidence and to chart my progress, I continue to walk/jog and feel very healthy..I like that….I am going to do this….I am…just watch and see my success.



Ok....my clothes are fitting better and I feel better

I think I have lost about 5 pounds perhaps more. I feel good. I eat less and I work out more and am allowing my body to feel hunger – that is to say waiting until my body says “fed me” as opposed to its “Noon” time to eat, regardless if I am hungry or not. Consistency gets results.



Definately...I am getting toned

I have been WATCHING what I eat and its good, lol. However I have increased my cardio and daily excercise, it feels good. I have been doing Yoga, swimming, running, walking, free weights, and its coming off slowing not sure how much, when I get there I will share the good news.



Eating like a bird...

My daughter said to me the other day that I eat like a “bird” I was thinking yah a BIG PELICAN bird that shoves a lot of food in its mouth ~ ~ !



More rolls than a bakery!

I am feeling skinny already and its only been a few days. What I am doing is cutting down on my intake, and its helping, also reducing the amount of carbohydrates I consume. I feel good about this. I exercise often, as its a part of my lifestyle. The stubborn “sparetire” is still there but I will slowly work at it. I feel good about this goal.



Ok...starting right now...I am going to try this.

I suppose i need to know how much i weigh..i have no idea…where to find a scale..where to find a scale. I am going to do this because its so important to me. I want to look good for my age.
