I run n a very big track, much larger than an average one. My goal is to be able to run 1 lap without stopping, which may take awhile. I can probably only do a third.



just came back from the gym. 16 months ago

treadmill and interval training. suprisingly the workout wasnt as tiring!



Going to keep track on treadmill. 18 months ago

I can stay on the treadmill for 30 mins, but thats just interval training. Though every 2 weeks, I’m going to try and last longer by raising it up by 5 mins. I’ll be happy to reach one hour. And I’ll start jogging outside as well.

i got to level 6..i couldve done better, but at least i maintained it from the last beep test :)
