I did it this past Monday…one month of bootcamp definitely helped me build endurance and a decent sprint. My knees hurt, though, I really should invest in a new pair of running shoes. Woohoo!!! Can’t believe I did it, hills and all!!

this week i ran 10:02!!! This is a HUGE improvement over the last timed minute i ran… 11:24. i think i can do this…strike that…i know i will do this!
today i started a bootcamp, and ran a mile in 11:24. i really shocked myself since i hadn’t thought of anything other than finishing, and did (some) walking. but hills and all, if i can face this challenge today, then one day…
