and it’s still hard to change old habits. but i’m gonna get there, i’m sure. things to keep in mind:

  • meditate daily
  • have a nice nutritious breakfast
  • make a to-do list for the next day before i go to sleep
  • make a quick review on my to-do list by the morning
  • stretch daily
