it’s not like a to-do list but it’s like being aware of what can be done today. i mean not worrying about tomorrow or about not getting it done as soon as i thought. just concentrate on what can be done, my limitations and chill. don’t stress out. stress just doesn’t help at all.

i’ve not been doing it daily because my daily routine is not a real routine. sometimes i don’t have time at all to sit down and write it down. anyway, i keep that in my mind and i’m always remembering to take my little notebook and read it, so i think i can already say that it’s been a daily routine.
and now i’m starting to write it down everything i need to do every day. my responsabilities and positive affirmations. it’s an exercise for our minds because if we keep on writing down and repeating these words every day it will stick to our subconscious.
so i’m gonna buy a spiral notebook to write it all down. this is gonna be good for my financial planning too.
