uh...so i really 2 years ago

suck at this goal. =thinks= Yeah. I do. But that only leaves room for improvement, right? Yeah.
I’ll do 10 when i wake up, after my short wake-up-its-a-new-day stretches. Then 10 before after dinner/supper/whatever you call the meal in the evening (i prefer ‘dinner’).
Let’s start simple. It’ll build up after I can prove to myself I can do atleast these 2 sets of 10 sit-ups every day for a week. Then I’ll add on more or do them at various times of the day. or something.

Starting tomorrow when I wake up. Before shower & breakfast. I won’t set a mark… just keep in mind that I’ll only count sit ups that when I did a sit-up, I kept my back straight nad hands behind the head. After that… Whatever. We’ll see what can be done.
