I an going to start keeping a food journal and record everything I eat each day. That way I will take responsibility for my food intake and be aware that I am overeating. I do a lot of exercise and I don’t loose a pound. Food is the downfall.

I am still swimming and doing Yoga and the 4 kilos I lost I must have gained again over Christmas. I have now started a diet I lost 2 kilos in the first week and 200grams in the second. I don’t understand why my weight is not shifting. I am going to keep at it maybe it was just a bad week.
I have been swimming 5 kilometres a week and doing Yoga twice a week and watching what I eat more than I would normally. The weigh isn’t falling off but I am noticing my clothes are getting a bit looser and I have lost about 4 kilos.
