my last entry i didn’t even give an existing weight & i know that i was around 170 pounds~
as of today i weigh 154so YAY i lost 16 pounds as of July 11 2012, close to 20 pound marker
i am very proud that i am losing weight, its been slow progress but at least i’m doing it the healthy way =]
weight loss in itself is a journey. it takes time, reconditioning of the mind, attainable yet motivating goals & having a support system is important too!
here are some of my Healthy Tips in Weight loss that i have learned along the way
