my last entry i didn’t even give an existing weight & i know that i was around 170 pounds~
as of today i weigh 154so YAY i lost 16 pounds as of July 11 2012, close to 20 pound marker
i am very proud that i am losing weight, its been slow progress but at least i’m doing it the healthy way =]
weight loss in itself is a journey. it takes time, reconditioning of the mind, attainable yet motivating goals & having a support system is important too!
here are some of my Healthy Tips in Weight loss that i have learned along the way

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
2. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL EVERYDAY IN EVERY WAY* (confidence in what you are doing will definitely help get you to where you need to be)
3. EVERY BODY, (literally) EVERY BODY IS DIFFERENT, FIND WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU & FOR YOUR SPECIFIC BODY TYPE.
4. MOTIVATE YOURSELF WITH WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY, NOT WHAT MAKES OTHERS HAPPY
ALWAYS DO WHAT FEELS RIGHT & WHAT FEELS GOOD TO YOU*

successfully on my way & feeling great~~

so right now i’ve been currently involved in the 17 Day Diet challenge! i have successfully went an entire week on the diet & have lost about 4 pounds. i really enjoy the fact that i’m disciplining my mind as well as my body to become healthier with everyday food habits! due to the fact that the diet does not permit any bread, pasta, soda fruit juice or anything sugary really has been a struggle with my sweet tooth but in all retrospect i’m not giving into my cravings but allowing my body to ride out all those impulsive food thoughts. sticking to a structured rountine for 17 days & knowing i can switch up my diet after that one cycle leaves me hope that i can do this without tiring of the same ol’ thing* as for now since i did treat myself to a tortilla taco night (two nights in a row <- in moderation though) i really have to pull myself together for this upcoming week so i’m readily prepared for holidays and for my new weight goal! i’ll make sure to post more follow up progress =D
